Refund & Return Policy

Due to the nature of Ayurvedic wellness products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been delivered, except under specific eligible circumstances detailed below.

Eligible Cases for Return or Replacement

A return or replacement may be requested if:

  • The product received is damaged during transit.
  • The product received is incorrect.
  • The product package is tampered with before delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following products are strictly not eligible for return:

  • Opened products
  • Used products
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Products purchased during promotional offers unless defective

Return Request Timeline

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery to register a complaint.

Please share the following details when reaching out to our support team:

  • Order ID
  • Product photographs
  • Package photographs
  • Reason for complaint

Refund & Replacement Processing

After thorough verification and internal approval of your request:

  • A replacement will be shipped to you at no additional cost, OR
  • Your replacement order processing will be completed within 7–10 business days.
